We now offer a money-back guarantee for your prescribed treatment plan. We want you to feel confident in your skin - which includes seeing progress and getting the most out of your prescribed treatment plan.
When you start your skincare journey with Apostrophe, your doctor will create a treatment plan customized for your skin. To get the best results, it’s important to consistently use your entire prescribed treatment plan and follow your doctor’s recommendations.
While we wish clear skin could be an overnight success, it can take time to see results. If you use your entire treatment plan for the full 90 days and aren’t satisfied with the progress, we’ll provide a full refund for your treatments, no questions asked.

Refunds per the money-back guarantee can only be requested between the following days (otherwise known as “the refund period”) for these products:
- Prescription acne medication as defined in your treatment plan by your provider.
You are eligible for a full refund of the prescription product if the following terms and conditions are satisfied:
- You are a new patient as of October 25, 2021, who purchased the entire prescribed treatment plan and used the prescription product consistently as directed by your provider leading up to the refund period (30days).
- You received your shipment and submitted a refund request via your patient account any time within the refund period
Refund requests will not be accepted outside of the refund period. The Refund period is between 90 and 120 days after the purchase of your entirely prescribed treatment plan. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. You may be asked to return any remaining product. Limit one refund per customer per eligible treatment plan. Returning customers who sign up through the Apostrophe platform again are not eligible for a refund. Additional items from your order are not eligible for a refund.
