How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription and/or shipment directly through your patient account! In order to do this you can:
  • Log into your patient account
  • Select “settings” from top menu
  • Scroll down to “Shipment Information”
  • Select “pause” if you’d like to skip one or more shipments
  • Select “cancel” if you’d like to cancel your subscription altogether

We do ask that you cancel or pause your subscription no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled shipping date to avoid any incurred charges or unwanted shipments. If you do request to cancel or pause your subscription after that timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
