While we strive to have all orders ship out from our various fulfillment pharmacies in 24 hours or less, we are experiencing delays.
Delays are currently being caused due to the following items:
- In order to keep you and our staff safe we have increased social distancing measures, lowering the total number of employees that can safely be working from the same facility has lead to a longer processing time for orders. We are working additional hours of coverage to make up the delay.
- With more people staying home, we have an influx of new patients who are submitting consultations and orders for their medications. We are working to increase our team as well to keep up with the demand.
