I am using an HSA/FSA card and need a receipt. How can I get a receipt?

Invoices are accessible via your patient account. In order to access your past invoices, use the following steps: 

  • Log into your patient account
  • Select “Order History” from the menu
  • Scroll down to find the desired invoice date
  • Select “View Details”
  • Select “Download Invoice” 

If you have any additional questions about your invoice that was paid with an HSA/FSA card, please contact your care support team through your patient account.
