Invoices are accessible via your patient account. In order to access your past invoices, use the following steps:
Log into your patient account Select “Order History” from the menu Scroll down to find the desired invoice date Select “View Details” Select “Download Invoice” If you have any additional questions about your invoice that was paid with an HSA/FSA card, please contact your care support team through your patient account.
