Product is not coming out of the bottle. What do I do?

It may take longer for your topical to come out of a new bottle.

Do not open your airless pump bottle. There are no straws or tubes inside the bottle as your Apostrophe topical bottle is an airless pump.

Try pumping your bottle 5-10 times. Remember, a couple of empty pumps with a new topical bottle is completely normal.

If you’re not getting any product after 10 pumps, we recommend priming the pump. Start by putting the cap back on the bottle, then hold your bottle upside-down and gently tap the top of the bottle against a flat surface. This should help!
