My bottle doesn’t have a straw. Is it broken?

Apostrophe topical bottles do not include a straw or tube. It uses an airless pump delivery system. 

Opening the airless pump bottle can actually damage the system so we advise that you don’t open your bottle.

Instead, try pumping your bottle 5-10 times as new bottles can take longer for the product to come out. Remember, a couple of empty pumps with a new topical bottle is completely normal!
