Which states have video visits?

Video visits will be conducted for customers residing in the following states: Arkansas, DC, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Missouri, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia.

Follow-up visits may be performed asynchronously depending on your state.
