What is an auto-refill?

Don't miss a day of treatment! We offer an auto-refill subscription for some products to ensure you always get your shipments in time for your next round of treatment. We also offer a discount for auto-refill orders.

For most topical skin treatments, we offer auto-refills every 3 months, so you will be billed every 3 months and get an automatic shipment of your medications. For Latisse, you can choose your auto-refill to be monthly or bi-monthly.

You can cancel anytime by reaching out to our Care Team through your Patient Account. You must cancel your auto-refill at least 48 hours prior to your next shipment date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments. You are not required to choose auto-refill when purchasing your medications.
