My shipment has not yet arrived in the mail, where is it?

There’s nothing worse than waiting for a late package. First, verify that you have completed your Apostrophe visit in its entirety (including photo uploads) by visiting your Patient Account and confirm that your order has been placed via your Patient Account. 

It will take USPS approximately five to seven business days to get the shipment to your home as you can track your shipment via your Patient Account by selecting "Track it here" on your dashboard. If you have been waiting more than seven business day from placing our order and not tracking information has been provided, please contact your Apostrophe Care Team through your patient account.
