My shipment has not yet arrived in the mail, where is it?

There’s nothing worse than waiting for a late package. First, verify that you have completed your Apostrophe visit in its entirety (including photo uploads) by visiting your Patient Account and confirm that your order has been placed via your Patient Account.

It will take USPS approximately five to seven business days to get the shipment to your home. You can track your shipment via your Patient Account on your dashboard. If you have been waiting more than seven business days from placing your order and no tracking information has been provided, please contact your Apostrophe Care Team through your patient account.
