What happens when my prescription runs out?

Periodic visits with your medical provider are important to make sure you are making good progress. We will send you a follow-up visit reminder when you are due for a visit before your prescription runs out. Simply log in to your secure account and click on “Start Follow-Up Visit.”

If you have refills remaining on a prescription and do not require a change in your treatment plan, you can simply purchase your prescription through your secure Patient Account.
