What is the refund policy?

Apostrophe is not able to accept any prescription medication(s) for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances. Due to FDA regulations, once a prescription has left the pharmacy it may not be returned for resale.

Refunds are only applicable for patient visits if your provider is unable to treat your condition(s) as we will refund your $20 visit fee.
