How do I pause or cancel a subscription?
Pausing or cancellation of a subscription can be completed directly through your patient account by following these steps:
- Log into your patient account
- Select “Settings” from the menu
- Scroll down to “Shipment Information”
- Select “Pause” if you’d like to skip one or more shipments
- Select “Cancel” if you’d like to cancel your subscription or auto-refills all together
Cancellation or pause of any subscription is to occur, at minimum, 48 hours prior to your next payment processing date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments. Once a prescription medication has been processed by our pharmacy, the medication cannot be cancelled or refunded.
