How do I pause or cancel a subscription?

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, please take action at least 48 hours before your next order date. Doing so will help to ensure that your subscription is canceled swiftly and properly.  You can always view the next process date of your subscription in your online account.  


To cancel a subscription within your account follow the outlined steps below. If you are unable to cancel an order, it may be because the order has already begun processing. Also know that completing a subscription cancellation does not cancel an order that is being processed or already shipped.


To cancel or pause from your patient account:
  1. Log into your patient account
  2. Select “Settings” from top menu
  3. Scroll down to “Shipment Information”
  4. Select “Pause” if you’d like to skip one or more shipments
  5. Select “Cancel” if you’d like to cancel your subscription altogether

If you do not see this option in your Patient Account, it could be because you do not currently have an active subscription or auto refills.
