How do I cancel my order?

To cancel a pending order, ie. payment has already been processed, please contact your care support team by sending them a message through your patient account. 

Please note that cancellation of your pending order cannot be guaranteed once your prescription medication has begun processing by our pharmacy. 

Cancellation or pause of any subscription is to occur, at minimum, 48 hours prior to your next payment processing date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments.
