How do I cancel my order?

Once a prescription medication is processing at the pharmacy, the medication cannot be canceled or refunded. 

You must cancel or pause your auto-refill or subscription at least 48 hours prior to your next shipment date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments.

Here is how to cancel or to pause your future auto-refills/subscription directly from your patient account:
  1. Log into your patient account
  2. Select “settings” from the top menu
  3. Scroll down to “Shipment Information”
  4. Select “pause” if you’d like to skip one or more shipments
  5. Select “cancel” if you’d like to cancel your subscription altogether
